What We Are Building Together
Over 90 days, we do more than simply practise yoga. We establish a living rhythm.
Inner Listening: Through breath, meditation, mantra, and stillness, we reduce mental noise and strengthen your capacity to listen within.
Self-Trust: As the practices build, you begin to recognise your own signals more clearly, relate to them with more steadiness, and trust the guidance arising from within.
Aligned Expression: We work with the pathway between inner knowing and outward expression, so what you sense inwardly can be spoken, written, shared, or lived with more ease and integrity.
PrÄnic Clarity: Using kriya, breath, movement, and mudra, we begin to move stagnation, restore flow, and support creativity, receptivity, and inspired action.
Consistent Devotion: This season is designed to be lived. With practices ranging from 15â60 minutes, you will have ways to stay connected on fuller days, as well as when there is more space to go deeper.

About Angela & Buddhi Sangha.
 Iâm Angela, a Senior Yoga Teacher and the founder of Buddhi Sangha, guide and eternal student. My path into this practice wasn't linear; it was essential. After years in a rigid corporate world that left me disconnected and physically depleted, I faced serious health challenges that forced me to make a change. Yoga became my anchor in recovery from multiple surgeries and helped me recover from my overactive mind. With over 1,000 hours of training and teaching across Australia and India in asana, yogic philosophy, pranayama/kriya, mantra, and meditation, the way I share these practices is guided by carefully formulated intentions, so each layer supports the next, and the path stays integrated, grounded, and lived. Through Buddhi Sangha, my beautiful team of teachers and I offer that rhythm as a real way to return to steadiness and a deeper relationship with yourself.
