AWAKEN YOUR CREATIVE FLOW â THE FIRE CIRCLE
Ten Spots. One Fire. A Season You Don't Practise Alone.
Practice for Intuition, Self-Trust & Aligned Expression â now, for the first time, held in person, with supporting live online and pre-recorded classes.
Â
Starts 19 July
Â
This season, Awaken Your Creative Flow, a Winter Sadhana comes home into a room. Ten people. Five gatherings held together. One fire lit at the start of the season, and one lit again at the close of it.
It begins July 19th with a Householder Havan Ceremony at sunset, a sacred fire ritual where offerings and mantra are made together to seal an intention. Everything that follows walks from that same fire.
At the heart of this daily formula is Japa and SÄdhana - practiced each day, invoking the archetype of Saraswati Devi.
Everything else - Ayurvedic practices to soothe the senses, asana, Yoga Nidra, the live gatherings - is there to support and deepen that daily thread, not to add to it.
Designed to support you in creating and expressing from your point of truth, this formula sets you up with a practice you can carry for years to come. Many people find themselves effortlessly falling into meditation after just a few classes.
You'll learn the tools to build a consistent practice at home (beyond asana), and to return to it anytime you wish to Awaken Your Creative Flow and speak from your true expression, alongside a sangha already walking this season's rhythm with you.
Ten spots. One fire. A sangha walking the journey together.

What's Included
A Winter SÄdhana guided by the Saraswati archetype, now, for the first time, with the chance to gather in person, and to do it with people walking the path with you.
This is the same Awaken Your Creative Flow journey: a daily practice of Japa and SÄdhana, with pranayama, kriya, asana, Yoga Nidra, mantra, and ritual there for you to weave in as you feel drawn to them, in your own time and at your own pace.
Fortnightly, the whole Sangha comes together live online, from the comfort of your own home, to practise as one. I'm on early and stay back after for questions, so there's always a moment to be seen and supported, not just guided.

About Angela & Buddhi Sangha.
Iâm Angela, a Senior Yoga Teacher and the founder of Buddhi Sangha, guide and eternal student. My path into this practice wasn't linear; it was essential. After years in a rigid corporate world that left me disconnected and physically depleted, I faced serious health challenges that forced me to make a change. Yoga became my anchor in recovery from multiple surgeries and helped me recover from my overactive mind. With over 1,000 hours of training and teaching across Australia and India in asana, yogic philosophy, pranayama/kriya, mantra, and meditation, the way I share these practices is guided by carefully formulated intentions, so each layer supports the next, and the path stays integrated, grounded, and lived. Through Buddhi Sangha, my beautiful team of teachers and I offer that rhythm as a real way to return to steadiness and a deeper relationship with yourself.

"This is more than a course. I'm sharing practices that have genuinely changed my own life, the deeper teachings that are not given in a studio class. I want to build something real here, with a core group of dedicated practitioners who actually get to know each other, and who get to know me. That's the difference between dropping into a class and being part of a community. That's what the Fire Circle is."

What Others Have Experienced
Â
"I've been a member of Buddhi Sangha for about six months and it has completely changed everything. I'm getting the full spectrum of yoga, all the facets, for the first time. It helped me through a very difficult time in my life, the passing of my father, and created an energy of abundance and compassion that was exactly what my family and I needed. I can't thank Angela enough for her guidance and support."
-Â Abi
"I canât believe how quickly it has balanced my Vata element. I canât tell you what a relief it feels to be in my body again and operating from a grounded presence - thank you. My focus has improved tremendously too. This practice is already so nourishing for me. Iâm finding it easy to roll out the mat and make time for it. I can feel the alignment. Your beautiful, calm teaching really helps, too."
Â
Abi C
"You are making these new lifestyle changes so much easier and more meaningful
I really appreciate your knowledge. I am loving what I have received so far and gaining benefits from it. Thank you for creating something so beautiful."
Â
Ros.V
"I have to say I'm loving the practices; they are beautiful. I'm progressing slowly, and I'm ok with that. I especially love the Japa Mala. I bought a Mala from you a few years ago and used it frequently; however, since following your instructions, it has taken on a new and fulfilling meaning for me. I truly love it. I have a deep sense of peacefulness when I finish the practice. These practices you have created are perfectly timed for me. I'm an early riser, I love getting up early, and now I have a purpose, something just for me to greet each new day. It's a feeling of warmth and excitement, and belonging!"
Â
Anne McIntosh

Â
Jenni Oppy
"If youâre interested in taking your practice beyond Asana, I would highly recommend you join Buddhi Sangha. I have really reconnected with my daily personal practice, and I thought it would be hard, but itâs been so easy with the way Angela teaches."

FAQ
Â
What if I can't make one of the live dates?
The Rounding and SÄdhana sessions can be joined on-demand if a live date isn't possible. The two Householder Havans and the Sound + Nidra session are the heart of this circle and can't be replaced, if you know in advance you'll miss one of these three, the Fire Circle may not be the right fit this season.
I'm already a Buddhi Sangha member - do I pay the full $397?
No. Add the Fire Circle to your existing membership for $247. Your $26/month continues as normal, and you keep everything you already have.
Does my price cover future Fire Circles too?
No, this covers this Fire Circle's five live gatherings. If another Fire Circle runs in future, joining its live sessions is priced separately at that time.
What happens to my online access after September 1st?
Your access to this season's content ends. To keep practicing as an ongoing Sangha member, you can subscribe for $26/month - with no initiation fee for Buddhi Roots, ever again.
Where are the sessions held?
A mix of my home and Calm Buddhi. Exact addresses are shared with you once you've reserved your spot, to keep this circle close and held.
Is this suitable for beginners?
Yes, like Awaken Your Creative Flow online, this is suitable for beginners, seasoned practitioners, and yoga teachers alike.
